OUR SERVICES
Our diverse areas of expertise are designed to fit the changing needs of your project
In completing these services, Dhamana’s personnel primarily work within or in close collaboration with the owners’ team, acting as the owners’ representative across the environmental and social aspects of the project where required.
Dhamana usually works with a network of specialist consultants across Africa, in Australia and globally to develop collaborative multi-disciplinary teams to bring in both the critical local knowledge and the vital specialist skills necessary to complete projects on a cost effective and timely basis while taking into account the specific needs of each assignment. These teams then work closely with the owners’ in-country personnel, project teams and executive management to fully align the outcomes with the needs of each project.
