NYANZAGA GOLD PROJECT
The Nyanzaga Gold Project is a proposed gold mining and processing operation located in the Mwanza Region in Tanzania. The Project will be developed as a 4 Mtpa combined open pit and underground operation for an initial 10.7-year life-of-mine to produce approximately 2.5 million ounces (Moz) of gold doré.
Dhamana has been involved since 2016, delivering the environmental studies and impact assessments, management plans, resettlement planning and, more recently, commencing the resettlement of impacted households in 2023.

CHILALO GRAPHITE PROJECT
The Chilalo Graphite Project is high-grade and located in southeastern Tanzania. Since 2019, Dhamana has been involved in an advisory role with Evolution Energy Minerals (Evolution), updating environmental and social studies, the environmental and social impact assessment, and the resettlement action plan.
Dhamana also provides support to Evolution with project management services.

KASIYA RUTILE PROJECT
The Kasiya Rutile Project is a world-class rutile and graphite project spread across approximately 200 km2 in the Central Region of Malawi.
Dhamana has been involved with the Project since discovery as the lead consultant to coordinate the ESIA and gain environmental approval. Additionally, Dhamana has played a key role by using GIS spatial analysis of environmental and social considerations to influence the pit layouts and project plan.

NGUALLA RARE EARTH PROJECT
The Ngualla Project is a high-grade rare earths project located approximately 100 km west of Dar es Salaam in the Songwe Region of Tanzania on the edge of the East African Rift Valley. The project will consist of an open cut mine and processing plant to produce a high-grade rare earth concentrate for export over a proposed mine life of approximately 20 years.
Dhamana was initially engaged to undertake a compliance review agains the Equator Principles and IFC Performance Standards. Subsequently Dhamana has provided ongoing support to manage environmental, social and water related studies for the Project and provide environmental advise to Peak Rare Earths.

EPANKO GRAPHITE PROJECT
Ecograf’s intention is to build a vertically integrated battery anode materials business to produce high purity graphite products. Epanko will consist of an open cut mine and processing plant to produce a graphite concentrate.
Dhamana has been appointed by EcoGraf to provide environmental management services including undertaking a compliance review of the ESIA to ensure alignment with the equator principles and the IFC Performance Standards. Dhamana continues to provide ongoing support to EcoGraf, managing various ongoing environmental and social studies.
Dhamana also supports EcoGraf with project management services.
Dhamana has been appointed by EcoGraf to provide environmental management services including undertaking a compliance review of the ESIA to ensure alignment with the equator principles and the IFC Performance Standards. MALINGUNDE GRAPHITE PROJECT
The Malingunde Graphite Project is an open pit graphite Project near Lilongwe in Malawi. The Project includes on-site processing to produce graphite concentrate.
Dhamana was engaged as environmental advisor to Sovereign Metals (later as NGX) focussing on management of environmental and social studies, management of specialist reports, and compilation of the ESIA in compliance with Malawian legislation but also addressing the requirements of the IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles. Environmental approval was granted by MEPA in 2018. Dhamana was also responsible for coordinating the resettlement action plan.

KAYELEKERA URANIUM MINE
Kayelekera Uranium Mine was developed in 2008 before being placed in care and maintenance in 2015 due to low uranium prices before being acquired by Lotus Resources in 2020. In 2021, Dhamana was engaged to revise the environmental and social management plans to support the proposed restarting of production.
Dhamana also provided project management services to complete the FEED for the Kayelekera restart.

COONGAN GIS SUPPORT
Coongan is a traditional owner project management agency providing a range of services for strengthening the caretaking of country and the environment predominately across the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
Dhamana is assisting with mapping and GIS management to support the effective use of GIS in the delivery of Coongan’s services.
